Thanks for your orders and your trust!
We would like to thank you for the numerous orders. The challenge was to quickly test and send the devices to meet their expectations. However, our high quality standards led to a significant committee: Out of 100 used devices, only about 30 made it into the extended test, in which laptops are comprehensively checked for keyboard, USB, display, speaker, microphone, battery, RAM, mainboard and resilience. A detailed test report includes every laptop.
We particularly intensified the battery tests, which led to a further sorting of around 50% of the devices. Of the initially 100 devices, only about 15 remain without rework. However, we hold a large spare parts warehouse and continuously work on increasing the number of sales -capable devices to around 30 out of 100.
At times, up to six people were busy with the orders. The remaining 70 devices are resold to wholesalers in the EU. We are working on tackling and testing the devices so that the picking a Working day lasts.
The "IT-2nd-Life" project exceeded its expectations and we are overwhelmed by the positive response. We would like to thank you for your trust, apologize for any start -up difficulties and at the same time appreciate your patience.
